Job descriptionDoctolib is looking for an IT Cloud & Security Engineer to evolve its information system and corporate networks, ensure their maintenance in operational conditions, provide level 2 support in France and Germany, implement the security policy, manage relationships with suppliers and multiple projects, but above all to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers!The challenge is to help our teams to grow the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month, and to offer them an outstanding user experience.Reporting to the Head of IT Platforms, you will work in the Platforms Scaling domain and transversely with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with the IT Business Scaling domain, IT Operations and Security teams. You lead by example with a 'Hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.What you’ll doYou will join the Platforms Scaling domain in the IT Service department and work with 12 engineers located in France and Germany.We are working through 4 agile squad with our project & Program colleagues.From managing Azure & AWS cloud hosting platforms, to business SaaS services, to all the solutions daily used by Doctoliber. We have two topics. You can take one or choose both.1 - Develop a modern operational IT stack As Doctolib scale-up we manage more and more SaaS & Cloud services. We want to optimize our incident detection and response with a modern operational IT stack (monitoring, alerting and auto-remediation).The outcome will be to save time for IT people and improve our service quality. 2 - Reinforce our security posture on user and application management In order to be compliant with several security policies based on ISO 27001 and BSI-C5 we need to develop automatic solutions to manage our users and applications.Those solutions will allow us to automatically configure our services and obtain proof of compliance.The outcome will be to be compliant by design and save time for IT people. Tech environment We have more than 230 SaaS applicationsLocated on Azure and AWS cloud platformsEngaged in a Terraform transformation for two yearsIDP/IGA solutions from the market and Atlassian as our DevOps backboneUse the tools from security or Product teams to go fasterWe have 2 squads located between Paris and Berlin Communication & Collaboration : all services used by all doctoliberSecurity and Delivery Optimization : our core identity and cloud platforms Who you are You study in Software engineering or related field and are available for 6 months.Already have some cloud knowledge. A personal experience on cloud data services will be great.We promote different educational backgrounds (engineering school, master degree, other) as long as you are curious and want to learn and take ownership.You will be part of the IT Platforms Scaling domain and followed by a senior engineer.
