Located in La Défense (Paris) headquarter, you will work with talented and dedicated people which will help you to grow and learn on day to day basis. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of the HR business line MS, you will be a partner of our teams and will be able to support us in many HR projects on a daily basis. In collaboration with the Global HRBPs, your main missions will be: - Support teams, managers, and employees in the implementation of Worldline's HR policy & processes, - Support managers and employees in the performance of their duties, - Ensure quality reporting and monitoring on all HR KPIs, - Participate in cross-functional HR projects according to current events and regulatory developments, - Contribute to the various Business Partnering exercises, in particular on the following aspects: Recruitment & mobility Performance & people / talents reviews Compensation & Benefits Training & development Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: You are graduating a Master’s degree in Human Resources or are part of a business school with an HR specialized program, You’re fluent in English, French is a plus. You fully at ease with excel & powerpoint You have excellent communication skills You are used to prepare reporting and dashboard thanks to data analytics ability. You had a first experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment.
