Digital Studio Operator and Video editorInnovation & Digital Experience Acceleration (IDEA) Team Who are we looking for? We are searching a creative film maker and editor to join the Worldline Digital Studio Network team. You are the perfect candidate for this job if you are skilled in the craft of filmmaking and understand all components of a video production, including music, VFX and basic colour grading. From our green key studio in Brussels you will be able to learn how to operate our equipment to support in video recordings and digital live events that will be streamed to big audiences. In the studio you will be responsible for editing recorded clips to a nice looking end result and this for internal and external video projects. We are looking for individuals that get excited when hearing “Sony A7Siii, action & video export” and are willing to operate in a fast-paced and international working environment. The mission The “Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration (IDEA)” team is part of the Worldline corporate “Communication, Marketing & Sales Performance” department, with the Executive Committee mandate to: Accelerate the organic growth of the company Co-lead the development of new businesses across the Worldline organization and with partners Trigger & foster innovation in sales approaches The “Worldline Digital studio” Team is part of the “IDEA” Team, which focuses on providing tools for the business stakeholders (sales, marketing, communication,…) to support them in being innovative. Within the “Digital Studio” team, your mission will be focused on 3 major activities: End-to-end responsible for studio productions organised from the studio Studio bookings and planning Alignment with studio stakeholders to gather required information before studio activity Support the team to operate the Studio during recordings or live events Video and audio mixing of multiple camera angles and microphone inputs Prepare and guide our (external) speakers when going live Set-up specific equipment required for recordings (décor, demo material,…) Ensure basic maintenance of equipment (cameras, prompter, DMX lights, microphones,…) Post-processing of recorded clips shot in function of studio services Studio offering includes but is not limited to: webinars, demo recordings, trailers, after movies. Deliver great looking videos that are not only structured but sequenced logically and tell the story that was intended by the requester. Implement: music, special effects, animations, (sub) titles… according to the video needs. Consult the studio stakeholders from video idea to the post-production process. The ideal candidate Is highly-organized and at ease in a senior-level professional environment Has excellent communication skills to have a solid understanding of tasks and implementation Has a creative mind and storytelling skills Is independent and comfortable with navigating a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment Is passionate about technology and innovation in general Based in Paris area but is willing to travel for external events Basic Qualifications Bs/BSC in Filmmaking, Cinematography, Video Editing or relevant field Strong knowledge of video, lighting, audio equipment and production. Experienced in capturing video and video editing Perfectly master Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), and/or Final Cut Pro/equivalent editing software Can provide a portfolio showing previous (video) creations Excellent command of spoken and written English Qualifications that are a plus Experience working with Chroma Key Familiar to work with 3D design programs. (Cinema 4D, 3ds max, blender, unreal engine,…)
