SERVICE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND DATA REPORTING - INTERNSHIP 1 Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable solutions for hot water and space heating, components and burners. As Service Continuous Improvement and Data Reporting Intern, you will have the opportunity to be part of Ariston Group within the Quality, Parts & Services, reporting directly to the Service Processes Improvement & Report Manager. You will support end to end processes continuous improvement, identifying fit & gaps as well as automation opportunities and will be responsible for the following activities: • Analyse and report performances of AG Markets through BI tools• Perform dashboard creation and support data analytics in regards to Group KPIs• Collect and prioritize market needs in regards to Service IT tools development• Contribute to improvement of current QPS analytic tools • Continuous communication with Regions/Countries to provide support upon tools usage by sharing info and tips, to ensure training/knowledge consistency across the Group• Support in developing changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures within operational functions, collaborating in project for lean process reengineering • Collaborate to projects work streams as needed As our ideal candidate, you have: • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematic science• <2 years of experience (possibly in multinational companies)• Mastering knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word) and SAP (CRM, BO)• Analytical capabilities and structured approach to reporting• Data driven and process improvement mindset• Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic After Sales and Technical Services• Good communication skills• Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit• Fluent in English We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
