H-FARM International School (H-IS) is an IB-certified boarding school overlooking the Venice lagoon, a stone's throw from the Dolomite mountains, and minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. STARTING DATE: August 2023 Main responsibilities: • Front office and reception of students, families, and teaching staff. • Support in switchboard management. • Support teachers and heads in managing basic school activities. • Secretarial support in basic admin activities. • Support the relocation process of international employees (e.g. arrival of new teachers, housing and residency processes, registration to the Italian NHS). Qualifications and skills: • Bachelor in International Relations, Management, Human Resources, Foreign Languages, Economics. • Study experiences abroad (e.g. Erasmus). • Strong organizational skills. • Practical and fast learner. • Collaborative team-builder. • Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humor. • Full professional proficiency in English and Italian. • Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism. • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack). • An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solving.
