We are looking to hire a Product Manager Apprentice to strengthen our Product team. In this role, you will be reporting to the AVP Core Product. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with great analytical and communications skills to build Sidetrade's product with our team. What you’ll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you will be participating actively on delivering enhancements and new features to achieve business goals on some of our Core product lines. You will also: Analyse Customer enhancements requests in order to understand their needs Write specification in collaboration with the R&D team, UX/UI designer and other teams concerned by the need (user stories, mock-ups) Follow the development of roadmap features in collaboration with the developers Create go-to-market collaterals (internal and customer presentation, video, user guide) and communicate new features to customers through our in-app tool to support the launch of new features. You will need to: Be customer-focused: you like to get to the bottom of customer needs and you can empathise with users Think strategically, and use your strong analytical skills for creative problem solving Communicate efficiently to a wide range of audiences, from customers to developers Enjoy digging into technical topics from time to time Enjoy working the same way with the business side and the tech side Be able to prioritise tasks when working on many topics at the same time Speak fluent French and have at least professional proficiency in English. Sidetrade is an international company where English is the default language. Be able to travel from time to time to visit our Birmingham office or our customers Be willing to learn! It's a plus if you: Have a previous experience working on a digital product, ideally in Product Management, but possibly also as in Project Management, Customer Success or Marketing Have already worked on a SaaS product on the B2B market Understand what credit management is, know about ERPs and financial software in general Know what Agility means in software, are familiar with Scrum, Kanban or other frameworks.
