During the internship you will be involved in projects of organizational development, improvement and transformation initiatives and you will learn how to deal with complexity in a multinational company. Main responsibilities: You will support the Organization & Improvement team in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, operational models and transformation initiatives; You will work in close collaboration with the business departments and you will become an effective partner in order to take part in various projects of process’ improvement.
