MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST - INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a Junior Visual Merchandising Internship . The candidate will support the correct application in the assigned territory of the Visual guidelines defined by the head office in order to guarantee the correct image of the Brand throughout the country and provide constant support and training to the sales staff. MAIN ACTIVITIES: Support in setting up and passing on to the store team the correct guidelines to ensure that the customer has a fulfilling in-store experience through the visual Works closely with the headquarters/marketing visual team, other area visuals and sales teams to standardise the image of the shops (reports, photos, ideas...). Supports monitoring that the shops are up to date with seasonal product launches and technical aspects of the product. Supports the development and the circulation of ideas/information (visual, maketing, commercial...) by visiting competitors (photos, requests....). Supports coordination with seasonal/annual in-store marketing activities based on exact product deliveries (marketing calendar, marketing collection, planogram). Supports the implementation and control of any shortages of consumables (pops, promos, props..), measures their effectiveness and reports accordingly. Supports the management of any production of promotional materials/showcases. Supports participation in stock management, informing the store manager/area manager about slowsellers, bestsellers, problems and possible opportunities. Participates in venue/showroom fittings and new retail openings together with the venue/area visual team.
