Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As the Junior Treasury Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our treasury operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring the efficient allocation of financial resources. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily cash management activities, including cash position reporting and monitoring cash balances. Support the execution of daily cash transactions, such as fund transfers and disbursements. Reconcile bank accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial market trends and interest rates to support investment decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support strategic initiatives. Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial models for financial planning purposes. Contribute to the improvement and optimization of treasury-related processes and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. Provide support in various financial projects and reporting requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Previous internship or relevant work experience in treasury or finance is a plus. Basic understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and banking practices. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams. Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism, adhering to ethical standards in financial practices.
