Description de la mission Altogether, our Americas & Pacific region employs approx. 4, staff and generates approx. MEUR in annual revenues.To support the daily operations of our Americas & Pacific region, we are recruiting a Junior Project Manager who will:1. Support the preparation, implementation and delivery of recurring activities, internal projects, action plans and initiatives including:‐ Coordinate working groups:§ Prepare schedules, templates, dashboards, presentations and other files (incl. drafting, enhancing, reviewing and/or formatting contents in line with Egis’ corporate visual identity)§ Implement periodic routines with relevant stakeholders to gather information on progress, identify deviations, suggest corrective actions and ensure timely delivery of the expected outputs§ Organize meetings involving multiple participants in different time zones, draft meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings‐ Develop and implement a consistent and structured regional reporting process:§ Draft simple and effective internal processes, guidelines, templates and tools to harmonize and enhance our regional operations and reporting§ Review and coordinate the update of the region, sub-regions and countries documentation and databases§ Analyze and coordinate the update of KPIs on the region, sub-regions and countries performance, processes and tools§ Provide clear and accurate progress reports to relevant stakeholders in the regionThese recurring activities, internal projects, action plans and initiatives may cover the following areas:‐ Human Resources‐ Finance, Strategy, M&A integration, Internal Control‐ Business Development, Marketing & Communication‐ Transformation, Sustainability, Innovation & Digital‐ Legal, Corporate, Ethics & Compliance‐ Cross-functional topics2. Support the region’s management committee:‐ Schedule monthly meetings‐ Draft meeting agendas‐ Secure availability of guest participants‐ Gather and draft consolidated presentation materials‐ Draft and issue minutes of meetings3.
