Junior Channel Sales Manager

What is my role?As Junior Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving sales within a given channels and to help maximize revenue opportunities with channel partners. The Junior Channel Manager represents the entire range of ALE products and services to assigned partners. Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager Director, you will collaborate closely with all internal support functions like Supply Chain, Finance, and central teams. Your mission is winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners. Your goal is achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.What am I responsible for? You establish productive, manages professional business relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. You meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. You proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. You establish marketing and sales plan per channel with regular follow-up. You establish ongoing Business Partner training and certification plan to enable partners in chosen Enterprise products and solutions. You drive and maintain the channel account plans for the defined Business Partners. You address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner. You identify and reach out to new potential channel partners. You work on cross selling opportunities within the organization. You Manage forecasts and accuracy on weekly basis, reflecting prospects and opportunities in Alcatel Lucent Enterprise forecasting tool on regular basis. You manage potential channel conflict with Business Partner by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to the engagement between the parties. Influence use of partner marketing fund to achieve outcomes identified in channel account plan. Am I the right person for this position? Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel, maximum 5 years’ experience.
