Hello ! At Factorial we're looking for a new Junior Account Manager for Enterprise for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge? The Role We are looking for a Junior Account Manager for Enterprise in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of onboarding and retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities. What will you be doing: Onboard our new Spanish customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization. Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates. Provide after-sales support to retain customers. Identify upsell opportunities and generate a minimum of revenue from each client. Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries. Recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product. Your Profile You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills Adaptation to Cutting-Edge Tech Tools and Digital Solutions Having experience with the B2B SaaS environment is a plus . You have experience managing customer portfolios and Enterprise sector clients. You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas. You have previous experience in a customer service/sales position, preferably in online support. Speak native-level Spanish. Speak advanced English.
