HR Specialist (internship/stage)

We have an excellent opportunity for a internship role in our HR department. The role will be based In Florence offices and will have the opportunity to work in an international and stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager the HR specialist will be involved in the following activities: Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as contract preparation, payroll communication, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, onboarding and offboarding activities; Provide management and monthly calculation of company meal voucher; Ensure the correct registration of employee time & attendance; Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details; Assist our employees for all their inquiries and concerns; providing guidance, advice and problem-solving; Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are properly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems Support all key HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, etc.) Economics Degree or equivalent Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Basic knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment law guidelines and policies Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment Fluent in English (B1), Spanish and Portuguese will be a plus Extremely confidential Strong communications and relationships skills; Teamwork oriented; Demonstrating problem-solving attitude International mindset Previous working experience of minimum 6/12 months in HR Administration/HR Operation is a plus; What we offer: International and stimulating work environment Exposure and hands-on experience The opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global company GiuntiPsychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
