Group Finance Performance Junior Analyst

Job Description Monitoring of the Group's performanceParticipation in the management of the monthly closing process and quarterly in coordination with the Finance and Reporting teamsFacilitate the roll-out of corporate guidelines, KPI definitions and planning assumptionsMonitoring & analysis of the financial performance of countries / operating units : business reviews preparation, ad-hoc financial analysisPreparation and participation in KPIs analysis related to the various Management Presentations (SteerCo, Exco, Supervisory Board)Monitoring of the Group monthly Balance Sheet KPIs : DSO, WIP & receivables Support to the Business unit management in the monthly performance reviews Development of controlling activities Participation in the ongoing optimization of group controlling processes:Strengthening the budget & forecasting processMonitoring and improvement of dashboards for the finance department and managementDevelopment of analytical dashboardsSupporting our Business Development and M&A Qualifications You are a graduate from a business school or master’s degree in a numerical discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc..)The ideal candidate will have an international background, with a working experience of 6 months to 2 years (including internships) within a Financial Department (financial control, FP&A) and / or audit firm.You are interested in the IT industry and digital services companiesProficient in English and French. Hands-on professional, you are organised, rigorous and you have strong interpersonal skills (proactivity, initiative, deadline driven).You are not afraid to work closely with high level managers from all functions.Very good knowledge of Excel/G-sheets and PowerPoint/G-slides are essential, Tableau is a plus.Limited travel towards our European offices might be required.
