This position is a chance to work in a passionate team, get valuable experience in an international company and contribute to the company’s commitment to transparent and reliable sustainability reporting, but more generally to the company’s commitment towards the planet and the people.Within the CSR and Communication direction, you will support the team on the sustainability reporting and projects topics.More precisely you will ensure the following tasks :Support in sustainability data collection and analysis, and in the overall management of the 2023 reporting campaign including cross-functional work to ensure data reliability and accuracySupport in the annual regulatory audit on sustainability dataContribute to the preparation and drafting of the annual CSR report and other legal requirementParticipate in the preparation of the Group for upcoming regulations within a cross-functional teamStay updated on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting guidelinesParticipate in various CSR related projects depending on the teams needsContribute to non-financial agencies questionnaires (EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact, …)QualificationsPassionate about sustainability and environmental issuesPursuing or recently completed a degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business, or a related field (niveau d'études entre bac+3 et bac+5 / diplômé d'un bac+5) Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointAttention to detail and ability to work in a team environmentKnowledge of sustainability reporting principles and frameworks is a plusPrevious experience or coursework related to sustainability reporting or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is desirable but not requiredA strong written and oral level in English is necessaryWhy join us?
