We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Your challenges?You will be part of the Supply Chain Department of Valeo Service France.The main challenge of the Department is to increase Customer Service Rate by developing efficient Supply Chain solutions in order to meet competitiveness criteria in terms of cost quality and lead time.In the approach you will work on several aspects : Customer backorders Management, Non Useful Stock Reduction, Supplier service rate improvements. In addition to these activities you will be part of the supply chain projects such as 3PL management, Deployment of TMS (transport management system) and other key projects in development. Main responsabilites:Coordinate the correct application of parameters in the ERP system (SAP MM module). Participate in Demand Planning meetings, SIOP meetings and product life cycle committees: analysis and proposal of action plans (and their followup) necessary to achieve the Non Useful Stock objectives...Management of transport logistics incidents with the main transporters.Support the deployment of Transport Management System to manage and control inbound transport through to invoice validation. Obtain visibility from the Procurement Team for active action plans with suppliers which reduce CBOs (Customer Backorders) and increase Supplier Service Rate. Management of a weekly PDCA report to achieve the CBO and Customer Service rate objectives of the Division for each of the product classifications..Participate in the preparation, development and follow up of continuous improvement plans.Challenge the accuracy of the data and the efficiency of consolidating the data in the reporting.Follow up the delivery performance, in coordination with the Customer Service Team and the Finance Team in order to give visibility of the expected level of deliveries during the current and next 3 months.Management of Kitting orders.Support analysis of Lost sales and develop actions to convert lost sales into real sales.Participate in the Logistics QRQC, give support to the problems of the supply chain Implement action plans to ensure the correct management of material quarantine areas.
