Description du posteIntitulé du posteAlternance - Change & Acquisition H/F ContratAlternance Durée du contrat (en mois)24 mois idéalement Description de la mission You will report to the HR Change & Acquisition officer, part of the Holding Team in Guyancourt.Core missions :Change Management :To accompagny the transformation of the Group, you’ll strenghthen & monitor the human side of change, Contribute to establish and implement an effective Change Management Office (CMO) by :· Acompagny and support the Change Management community· Add value in all transformation initiatives by consolidating and professionalising all Change Management tasks – by leading the identification, planning and implementation of the people/cultural changes in a dashboard· Consolidate all change management plan and prioritize the associated actions to avoid employees’ change saturation· Measure the success of the change management actions carried out and adapt them accordinglyAcquisitions from an HR perspective· Participate to the animation the HR community in charge of integrations : acquisitions update, changes of processes· Create, update & communicate the tools for the HR community in charge of acquisitions and integrations on all HR-related matters for new acquisitions (from Due Diligence phase to the integration post-decision of merger/acquisition Profil Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationshipsProject management skills. Problem Solving .Team spirit Positive, dynamic, optimistic, able to transmit energy and manage emotions.Education : Master in HR, Change management, organisation, IEP Bilingual in English and French
