Mission Intern influencer marketing project manager will be part of France Marketing team, reporting to a Head of PR and IM. You will be responsible for the strategy and the execution of the IM strategy for a Beauty Luxury Brand portfolio. You will define and coordinate a winning strategy and action plans to deliver profitable growth on the brand portfolio for the local market. You will work in strong collaboration with local marketing and global influencer marketing team to ensure perfect execution and winning IM plans. Key Responsibilities Build and pilot annual IM plans Build and align annual IM plans and priorities to deliver targets based on a perfect understanding of the press, influencer, and retailers’ SOME objectives. Analyze performance and build action plans if needed Leverage key insight and past learnings on influencers and press plan and strategies Build and execute winning IM plans Define and execute IM brand strategies: IM creative strategy/ influencer selection / Content creation approval PR brand strategies: Media selection / Press event / Interviews etc... Build differentiation launch plans and support plans based on consumers and retailers understanding Track performance via report and KCPs and monitor market trend Order products and manage allocation/ execution per launches Engage, equip and energize Support & equip marketing team via creative plans Day on agencies to ensure KPI’s Multifunctional collaboration
