Job Description About us This is your chance to have an internship in a chocolate factory while engaging with customers. We are a highly reviewed and busy B&B with a small chocolate factory. Our chocolate is produced with high-quality ingredients which are locally grown to maintain a transparent supply chain. Our guests come from all over the world and we would like to create a Sicilian experience for them. We are looking for an active and confident intern interested in interacting with our customers and who would like to support us in our daily tasks. This internship is thought to give you an experience both in the food tech field and in the sales process. The main tasks will be to collaborate with food production staff, make research and give suggestions on how to improve our products. On top of that, you will be in charge of marketing our brand on Social Media. Besides, we will allow you to gain additional experience in improving your communication skills. Follow up with any customer appreciation/complaint and interact with them. You should also be eager to work independently and efficiently to maintain our high rate of sales and reviews. All your ideas to drive our company to the next level are welcome and appreciated. The internship begins in September 2023 and the minimum stay is 3 months .
