Position Description We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working HR Assistant Intern, who will support different departments in handling the HR process and supporting departments as a generalist. The job includes recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labour relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organisation development, and training. For this internship, the candidate works in Sicily full-time. The ideal candidate will be involved in all practice areas like employee relations, internal policies-procedures, talent management, and training, in cooperation with different departments. It is also a great opportunity to get involved in different departments and try yourself out in a safe environment.
